If you are a snowboarder, ask for Riccardo, he is an excellent instructor and also a very friendly guy. My father and I did some classes with him and the things we were able to accomplish in a few days really surprised me! On the other side, if you prefer skiing, Aldo is also an excellent instructor. My mother and girlfriend were really impressed with his ability to teach things in a very simple way, which is very good for those who are learning.

Front desk agreed to reschedule lesson, boss apparently disagreed and cancelled lesson leaving me with no lesson and out of pocket (including gear rental). Not impressed.
